SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Jane Summers' orders are shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Fedex, the USPS or UPS. For international order inquiries, please contact us at Jane@JaneSummers.com.

For security reasons, Jane Summers online purchases require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Our typical delivery time is four to six weeks following order placement on the Website.  Additional time may be required depending on the design.  Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Jane Summers cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Jane Summers offers free Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. 

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All items are quality controlled and inspected for any faults prior to being shipped to customers. In the event that an item not in satisfactory condition has been received, or we processed an order incorrectly, please notify us immediately at Jane@JaneSummers.com.

 so that we may either replace the item or provide instructions for returning the item for a refund.  In such instances Jane Summers will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the United States. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Jane Summers online customer service at Jane@JaneSummers.com.

PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Jane Summers reserves the right to revoke any order and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Jane Summers will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.  Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Title to any products you order on the Website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery.

Prices displayed on the Jane Summers Website are quoted in U.S. dollars.  Jane Summers only accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online purchases.

Please note that the transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability and estimated delivery date of four to six weeks from the date of the order.  As stated previously, there may instances in which additional time is required to complete an order due to certain fabric creation requirements, unique manufacturing techniques, etc.  In the event that we determine that a dress will require additional manufacturing/shipping time beyond six weeks, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided during check out on the Website.  

SALES TAX

Jane Summers charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use our Products or Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.

By giving us such information, you will need to consent by using it in the manner described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at Jane@JaneSummers.com.  We will destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.

COOKIES

Cookies are small data files that a website you visit may save on your computer or handheld device that usually includes an anonymous unique identifier. Our Websites and those of our Products may use cookies for user authentication, keeping track of your preferences, promotional campaigns, tracking our audience size and traffic patterns, and in certain other cases. All security on our Website is treated seriously. Where applicable, we undertake security steps, including use of SSL technology, on our back-end systems that store customer account information and to protect data transmissions. However, this is not a guarantee that such data transmissions cannot be accessed, altered or deleted through the efforts of third party hackers or other purveyors of malware.
