One of our favorite wedding traditions is the first dance when the newlyweds dance following the ceremony. We love seeing the bride in a stunning Little White (or Ivory!) Dress. But beyond color, we also look for three important elements.
STYLE - We believe a fit and flare provides a stunning silhouette, especially when the Little White Dress is twirling (almost!) as gracefully as the new bride.
FIT - Not only does a well tailored garment feel better, it also drapes better and lessens the need for constant adjustments.
FABRIC - Silk is one of our favorite fabrics due to the nature of silk that gives it an elegant drape and sheen which is especially important for gorgeous pictures that your guests will be trying to take!
As pictured above, the Knox Strapless Dress fulfills all of our criteria and is at the top of our wish list. The style, fit and fabric combine to create a modern, timelss dress that is destined to be your go-to for all of your elegant parties and chic celebrations. We believe this dress should be in every bride's closet!

White can be symbolic of new beginnings, purity, and the start of a new life together in many cultures. It's also associated with traditional wedding ceremonies in Christianity. The tradition of wearing white wedding gowns has both historical and cultural roots. Queen Victoria is often credited with popularizing the white wedding dress in the 19th century when she married Prince Albert in a white gown. Select this lovely little link to read an in-depth article featured in Brides that highlights the history of Queen Victoria’s choice to wear a white wedding dress.

Wondering how to find your perfect fit in wedding gowns? Typically wedding dress sizes can be different from regular clothing sizes. Wedding dress sizing often follows its own set of sizing charts, and may differ from one bridal designer or brand to another. Wedding dress sizes often run smaller than regular clothing sizes, meaning that a bride may need to choose a wedding dress size that is larger than her usual size.
