Every detail from the exact shade of Blush Buttercream frosting on that gorgeous work-of-art wedding cake to the diameter of the Dinner Plate Dahlias in your centerpieces has been perfectly planned. However…as any bride will tell you, last minute issues can still pop-up. For that very reason, it's always best to be prepared. Here are a few items you'll especially want in your wedding day emergency kit.

White Wedding Dress Shade Thread Spool with needle and mini scissors

1.  Start off with a needle and thread in your wedding dress color.

It’s unfortunately incredibly easy to accidentally make a misstep and snag a heel on your dress's train. Or you may need some help tying that bustle. A few inches of thread can make all the difference. You may also want to have thread that matches your bridesmaids’ dresses as well just in case.

2.  Pack some water and a quick snack.

On the morning of, it’s completely normal to feel a little nervous and/or too excited to eat. Having a friend pack something for you or stashing a quick breakfast bar in your bag will definitely help.

3.  Grab a tube of Krazy® Glue.

It may sound crazy to need it on your wedding day but…just in case that "something old" happens to be a gorgeous pair of vintage heels or your great-grandmother’s brooch, antiques can be more fragile as the years go on. If you break a heel or an accessory, this will be a quick and easy way to fix it until you can have it repaired.

4.  Don’t forget a mini First Aid kit!

It’s always a good idea to have one, just in case. If you get a headache or are a little sore from going to the gym the day before, you’ll be happy to have a pain-reliever on-hand.

5.  Slip in a breath strip.

This one needs no explanation. Bad breath when you say "I do" is not a fun memory.

Whether you end up needing all of these options or none, you’ll be relieved to have them close by.  And don’t forget, your bridesmaids and wedding planner are bound to have a few more items as well!
